Delete your Upmee account and data
Deletion stops normal access to the account and starts the associated data cleanup process. This action cannot be undone, and the account cannot be restored after completion.
Submit an account deletion request
Enter the email address registered with Upmee and your current password. After successful verification, the system will accept the deletion request immediately.
Data that will be deleted
- The account, sign-in credentials, security tokens, and profile.
- AI conversations, voice recordings, images, and processing records associated with the account.
- Feedback attachments, diagnostic logs, device associations, and server-side files.
- Health, activity, sleep, device, and settings data stored locally for the account.
Processing time and retention exceptions
The request first enters a safety waiting period and background cleanup process so that uploads already in progress do not leave residual data. Temporary third-party service failures are retried automatically. Where legal, security, or dispute-resolution duties require minimum records to be retained temporarily, those records are isolated from normal product use and deleted or anonymized when the retention purpose ends.
